Embry-Riddle accepts applications year-round for most programs. The process is the same whether you're an undergraduate, graduate or international applicant — choose your campus, gather your documents and submit online.
Step 1: Select your campus and program.
Step 2: and pay the application fee. Fee waivers may be available for military applicants, alumni and qualifying students.
Step 3: Submit required documents — official transcripts, test scores (if applicable) and any program-specific materials.
Step 4: Track your application status through the ERNIE student portal. You'll receive login credentials after submitting.
Apply to Embry-Riddle Daytona Beach
Embry-Riddle Daytona Beach is our residential campus on Florida's Atlantic coast. It's home to one of the world's largest collegiate flight programs, a state-of-the-art research park and Division II athletics.
Undergraduate Applicants
- Official high school transcript (or GED equivalent)
- Official college transcripts if you have prior college credit
- SAT/ACT scores optional but encouraged — send SAT via College Board (ERAU code: 5190) or ACT (ERAU code: 0725)
- Personal statement
- $50 application fee
Graduate Applicants
- Official transcripts from all institutions attended
- Personal statement describing academic and professional goals
- Resume or CV
- Letters of recommendation (required for some programs)
- GRE/GMAT scores (required for some programs; waivers available) — send via ETS or GMAC
- $50 application fee
International Applicants
- All undergraduate or graduate requirements above, plus:
- Applicants for whom English is not the primary language must demonstrate proof of English Language proficiency. See the International Students page for more information.
- Foreign Credential Evaluation is required for those who have post-secondary educational experience from a non-U.S. institution. See the International Students page for more information.
- Proof of financial support for F-1 visa sponsorship
- Copy of passport biographical page

Military Applicants

- Joint Services Transcript (JST) — request at
- CCAF transcripts if applicable — order through Air Force Virtual Education Center
- DD-214 (veterans) or military ID (active duty)
- Certificate of Eligibility for GI Bill benefits
- $0 application fee for active duty and veterans
Deadlines
- Undergraduate Early Action: Nov. 1; Decision by Dec. 15. First priority for merit scholarships.
- Undergraduate Regular Decision: Rolling. Apply anytime; earlier is better for scholarship consideration.
- Priority Financial Aid (FAFSA): March 1. School code: 001479.
- Graduate Fall priority: February (varies by program). Spring priority: October.
- Graduate programs use rolling admissions — apply early for best consideration.
- International applicants should apply early to allow time for visa processing.

Embry-Riddle Prescott is a close-knit residential campus in the mountains of northern Arizona. It's known for its collaborative community, hands-on engineering labs and top-ranked flight program.
Undergraduate Applicants

The Worldwide & Online Campus, including the Europe Campus, is a flexible global campus with online and in-person options accessible from anywhere. Embry-Riddle Asia is a dynamic campus in Singapore at the heart of a global aviation hub. It's known for its multicultural environment, flexible online and blended learning formats, and strong industry ties preparing students for Asia’s rapidly growing aerospace sector.
Undergraduate Applicants

- English proficiency scores for non-native speakers — TOEFL minimum 79 iBT, IELTS minimum 6.0 or Duolingo minimum 105

Deadlines
- Rolling admissions with four intakes per year — January, April, July and October.
