Located near the gym and intramural field and just a short walk from Earhart’s Dining Hall and classes, the Village Complex Apartments are exclusively designated for upper-division and transfer students.
Saguaro (Hall 8) and Granite Mountain (Hall 10) contain Village Apartments only, while Juniper (Hall 6) and Dells (Hall 9) offer both Village Apartments and Suites.
Each Village Apartment includes:
- Two double-occupancy bedrooms (with two lofted beds, desks, chairs, dressers and a built-in closet per room)
- A fully equipped kitchen with a four-burner oven, microwave, sink and full-sized refrigerator/freezer (residents provide their own cooking and eating utensils)
- A shared bathroom with two sinks, a toilet and a shower
- A furnished living room with a couch, chair, coffee table and end table
Saguaro and Granite Mountain each have a community lounge, while Juniper and Dells each have a community lounge and kitchen. Laundry facilities with EagleCard-operated washers and dryers are located in Dells.

Manzanita Hall consists of Village Suites only, while Juniper and Dells Halls include both Village Suites and Village Apartments.
Each Village Complex Double Suite includes:
- Two double-occupancy bedrooms (four residents per suite)
- A shared toilet and shower, with a private sink area in each room
- Lofted beds, desks, chairs, dressers, a built-in closet and a mini refrigerator
Community Amenities:
- Manzanita Hall: Two community lounges and kitchens
- Juniper and Dells Halls: One community lounge and kitchen each
- Community Kitchens: Equipped with an electric range, microwave, refrigerator and sink (residents provide their own cooking and eating utensils)
- Laundry Facilities: EagleCard-operated washers and dryers located in Dells Hall
