From engineering labs to flight lines, this is your chance to envision your future, meet current students and explore the places where dreams take off.

During your campus visit, you won't just see classrooms and dorms — you'll walk the same paths your future self might, getting a real feel for life as an Eagle.

Embry-Riddle has three campuses you can visit in person: Daytona Beach, Prescott and Asia. Choose a campus tab to view additional information and details.

If you’re seeking a vibrant campus just minutes from the beach and equipped with cutting-edge technology, Daytona Beach is the place for you. Our state-of-the-art labs and fleet of aircraft create an environment where hands-on learning truly takes off.

Daily Campus Visits (Monday–Friday)

Your visit will begin with an information session, followed by a student-led walking tour. Tours are offered at 9 a.m., 11 a.m. and 2 p.m.

Each tour lasts approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. (Aviation Maintenance Science tours are only available at 11 a.m.)

Group Tours

If you are visiting with your school or organization, we can help customize your experience to ensure you make the most of your time on campus. We welcome visits from prospective students and their parents because we know it’s the best way to experience all Embry-Riddle has to offer. There is so much to see on campus, and our tours are designed to highlight the area of study that interests you.

Schedule your visit during the school year when classes are in session, and you can sample campus eateries, chat with students and faculty and explore academic facilities.

Group tours of five or more visitors, including schools and special interest groups, must be arranged and approved in advance in order to make appropriate accommodations.

ROTC Briefings

Interested in learning more about ROTC? You can connect with representatives from the branches on campus to learn more.

Air Force ROTC

Air Force ROTC briefings are held on campus at 11:30 a.m. Monday through Friday, and you can schedule to attend a briefing on campus.

Air Force ROTC is hosting virtual information sessions on select Mondays from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.


Army ROTC

Army ROTC briefings are held on campus at 12:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, and you can schedule to attend a briefing on campus.

Army ROTC is hosting virtual information sessions on select Thursdays from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Navy ROTC

Navy ROTC can be contacted directly at dbnrotc@erau.edu to schedule a meeting.

Additional Information

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled tour to allow time to speak with students and an admissions counselor. If you arrive late and miss your tour departure, we will do our best to accommodate you in the next tour or reschedule you for a later date.

Visitors will tour campus highlights, residence halls and academic areas of interest, and will have the opportunity to meet with an admissions counselor.

If you require any sort of special accommodation, please contact us directly, by phone at 386-226-6100 or via email, at least 10 days before your visit.

Visitor parking is available behind the Henderson Welcome Center, where the Admissions Visitor Center is located. If spots are full, visitors may park anywhere on campus.

At 5,300 feet above sea level, Embry-Riddle’s Prescott Campus offers a unique mix of small-campus feel, top-tier academics and big opportunities. Surrounded by mountains, you’ll immerse yourself in innovation and adventure.

Daily Campus Tours (Monday–Friday)

Get a sense of what it's like to be an Embry‑Riddle student! Our student-led tours give prospective students and their families an opportunity to explore areas of interest while learning about the overall Embry‑Riddle experience.

Tours are available Monday through Friday, with Saturday tours offered once per month during the fall and spring semesters only. It is highly recommended that you schedule your tour ahead of time to secure your spot and optimize your visit.

Activity around campus will be limited on days when classes are not in session. These dates include Fall, Winter, and Spring breaks. Please check the Academic Calendar for these breaks or call us at 928-777-6600.

Group Tours

Group tours, including schools and special interest groups, must be arranged and approved in advance in order to make appropriate accommodations. Please contact us at prescott@erau.edu to discuss your group's tour needs.

Additional Information

Tours offer the opportunity to interface with our student tour guides. You will also meet with an enrollment counselor to answer any questions you have regarding the admissions process, financial aid, student outcomes, curriculum, student life, etc.

Visitor parking is available in front of the Visitor Center.

Running late? If you’re not able to arrive on time for your visit, we’ll do our best to reschedule in a timely manner but cannot guarantee that we will be able to provide access to all visit activity.

Daily Campus Tours (Monday–Friday)

We welcome you to visit because we know it is the best way to experience all that ERAU Asia Institute offers. As the leader of aviation and aerospace education, we provide the best resources and technology for an excellent academic journey.

Tours are offered at 10 a.m., Monday through Friday.

Tours are designed to showcase the student experience and include a meeting with an admissions counselor. They may also feature class observations, visits to the Flight Simulation or Uncrewed Flight Labs, and opportunities to meet with faculty, staff and current students.
