Daytona Beach Campus

- Students who are not returning for Summer B term must fully move out and return their keys using the Express Check-Out envelopes located in each residence hall lobby. Completed envelopes must be placed in the designated drop box by noon on June 23. No extensions allowed.

- June 29: Check in at Student Village Atrium (Building 1500), 9 a.m.-5 p.m.
- No after-hour arrivals

- Aug. 6: Last Day of Classes
- Aug. 7: Study Day
- Aug. 8 & 10: Final Exams
- Aug. 11: Residence Halls Close at Noon
- Students with an on-campus housing assignment (including Chanute Complex) for fall 2026 will be given instructions on when their fall room is move-in ready. Students should not leave campus until they have completed their move to their fall 2026 room assignment.
- Students who will be living off-campus must vacate their residence hall room by noon on Aug. 11 and return room keys by using the Express Check-Out envelopes provided by the drop boxes in each residence hall or in the Housing and Residence Life office in the Student Village. No extensions allowed.
- Aug. 16-17: Incoming First-Year Student Move-In
- Check-in time required. Please visit the Orientation website to sign up for your move-in time.
- Sign-ups for check-in will begin on March 1, 2026.

- Students who are leaving the university must complete a withdrawal form unless they have an approved off-campus Co-Op, Internship or Study Abroad plan set up with the university.
