Each apartment accommodates four residents, featuring two double-occupancy bedrooms, a shared living room, kitchen and bathroom. Bedrooms come fully furnished with lofted beds, desks, chairs, dressers and built-in closet space. The shared bathroom includes two sinks, a toilet and a shower.
The kitchen is equipped with a four-burner oven, microwave, sink and a full-sized refrigerator/freezer, though residents must provide their own cookware and utensils. The cozy living room includes a couch, chair and TV stand.
For added convenience, the hall features two community lounges and a fitness room on the third floor. Each level also has laundry facilities with EagleCard-operated washers and dryers.
Located on the south end of campus, the Thumb Butte Complex Suites (T2) are homes for first-year and second-year students, providing a supportive environment through a vibrant engagement program.
