Building strong relations with industry has been a hallmark of Embry‑Riddle since its founding. Our goal is to establish new alliances with key industry partners, maintain and strengthen existing corporate relationships, and coordinate the university's contacts and interactions with the aviation/aerospace, engineering and related industries.
As a coordinated effort between the Office of Corporate Engagement and the Office of Research at Embry‑Riddle, we seek to partner with industry in collaborative research to provide "real-industry" learning for students and "real-world" solutions for business.

As the aviation industry accelerates toward the future, Advanced Air Mobility (AAM) is reshaping how we think about transportation, logistics and connectivity.Alliance for System Safety of UAS Through Research Excellence
Embry‑Riddle is a founding member of a multi-university Alliance for System Safety of UAS Through Research Excellence (ASSURE) Coalition, comprised of 21 research universities. ASSURE was designated as the FAA’s Center of Excellence for Unmanned Aircraft Systems in May 2015.Aviation Safety and Security Archives
The Aviation Safety and Security Archives, located on the Prescott Campus, are a repository of unique and rare archival collections as well as published materials.Aviation and Space Data Analytics

In partnership with the university’s Technology Transfer and Commercialization office as well as the Embry‑Riddle Research Park, the CIE helps entrepreneurs build businesses.Center for Space and Atmospheric Research
The Center for Space and Atmospheric Research (CSAR) investigates planetary atmospheres and near-space environments to understand the neutral and ionized atmosphere as well as the space plasma environment and space weather.
