Embry‑Riddle's Daytona Beach campus has a variety of classrooms, large venues and athletic facilities to meet your event needs. The Department of Conference Services will aid each client in selecting the best facility in order to provide the best guest experience while on campus. Requests for facilities can be made six months in advance. Approval is given on a first-come, first-served basis based on availability.
Rental space is available, for a fee, to businesses, corporations and non-profit organizations that are looking to host the following:
- Seminars/Workshops
- Conferences
- Banquets
- Summer Camps
Embry‑Riddle does not provide rental space for the following:
- Weddings
- Wedding Receptions
- Bridal/Bachelor Parties
- Birthday Parties
- Baby Showers
The Conference Services team is available to help you take advantage of Embry-Riddle's cutting-edge conference rooms, classrooms, atriums and large venue spaces.
Additional support services available upon request include:
- Audio/visual equipment rental, setup and support
- Table and chair rental
- Catering services and linen rental

Meeting and Event Facilities
Our large venue locations provide a unique experience for your social hour, dinner banquet or conference presentations. With several setup options, these venues provide guests with a multi-function space to accommodate any event style.
As an NCAA school, we pride ourselves on having beautiful and well-kept athletic facilities. Facilities “in season” have limited availability. We will do our best to accommodate requests as available.
