As a first-year or transfer student on the Prescott Campus, you will live in the Mingus Mountain Complex.
If you are a first-year student, the First-Year Experience Program helps you transition to college academically, socially and educationally. Embry-Riddle staff are ready to assist you with any transitional challenges you may face.
The complex has five halls: Roadrunner (Hall 1), Coyote (Hall 2), Quail (Hall 3), Elk (Hall 4) and Javelina (Hall 5). All halls are close to Earhart's Dining Hall and a short walk from your classes and the library. Each suite includes three two-person bedrooms. We may provide a three-person bedroom if needed for first-year students. Suites have two bathrooms and a lounge with a kitchenette.
Your bedroom will have lofted or standard beds, desks, desk chairs, dressers (in Halls 1-4) and built-in closets. Hall 5 has built-in dressers. Each suite has two shared bathrooms: Bathroom A has a single sink, toilet and shower, while Bathroom B has two sinks, a toilet and a shower.
The shared lounge will have a couch, loveseat and coffee table. The kitchenette includes a small sink with a disposal, a two-burner electric stove, cabinets, a microwave oven and a three-quarter-sized refrigerator. You will need to bring your own cooking and eating utensils.
All student rooms have carpeting. Each bedroom and lounge is equipped with cable television and high-speed internet access. Residents have control over the temperature in the bedroom and lounge. Laundry facilities with EagleCard-operated washers and dryers are available in Roadrunner (Hall 1) and Quail (Hall 3).
