Each Embry-Riddle campus operates on its own academic calendar, structured to meet the needs of its students and programs. Daytona Beach and Prescott follow a traditional semester schedule with fall, spring and summer sessions. The Worldwide campus uses a rolling monthly term system designed for working adults and military students. The Asia campus offers four intakes per year, providing maximum flexibility for students joining from around the world. Select your campus tab to explore the academic calendar for that location.

Embry-Riddle Daytona Beach follows a traditional semester calendar with fall, spring and three summer sessions (A, B and C). Fall and spring semesters each run approximately 16 weeks. Summer sessions offer shorter, accelerated terms — A and B run roughly six weeks each, while Session C spans the full summer for courses that require the longer format. University holidays, spring break, fall break and commencement dates are set each academic year.

Embry-Riddle Worldwide & Online is designed for working adults, military students and learners who need flexibility without sacrificing academic rigor. Rather than a fixed fall/spring calendar, Worldwide runs on a rolling monthly term system — with new start dates available each month, depending on program type. Online undergraduate students have the most frequent entry points, with terms beginning nearly every month. Classroom-based and graduate tracks start on a bimonthly schedule.
There are five delivery tracks, each with its own term calendar: Undergraduate Classroom, Graduate Classroom, Undergraduate Online, Graduate Online and EagleVision Home (undergraduate and graduate). Choose the track that matches your enrollment type to find your term dates.

ERAU Asia Institute, located in Singapore's Seletar Aerospace Park, offers four intake terms per year — January, April, July and October. All degree programs at the Asia campus follow the same academic calendar, regardless of when a student starts.
The academic calendar also incorporates local public holidays including Chinese New Year, Hari Raya Puasa, Vesak Day, National Day and Deepavali. As a general rule, no classes are held after noon on the eve of a public holiday.
