Dr. Victor Fraticelli Rivera serves as an assistant professor of Aeronautical Science. He earned a B.A. in Aeronautical Science with a minor in Air Traffic Control, an M.A. in Logistics and Supply Chain Management and a Ph.D. in Higher Education Administration.
A proud Embry-Riddle alumnus, Dr. Fraticelli has held several key roles within the university, including Flight and Check Instructor and Flight Training Manager. He has also worked as a corporate pilot, flying the Pilatus PC-12 throughout the United States, Canada and the Bahamas for a fractional ownership company.
His teaching portfolio includes courses in Private, Instrument, and Commercial Pilot training,ÌýAirline Dispatch Certification,Ìýas well as Domestic and International Navigation.
Dr. Fraticelli's research explores the operational impacts of integrating Advanced Air Mobility (AAM) into the National Airspace System. Most recently, he led a team in developing an AAM ecosystem at a major U.S. airport, using modeling simulations to assess its influence on commercial air traffic.
