Dr. Stephanie Douglas is an associate professor in the Department of Management with the Worldwide College of Business. She teaches courses in leadership, organizational resilience, decision-making and organizational design. Her research focuses on organizational effectiveness, organizational design, organizational resilience and strategic human resource management. Dr. Douglas also serves as an organizational development consultant focused on organizational design, change management and building organizational resilience. She has supported aviation and aerospace industries, healthcare organizations, non-profit organizations and military units through strategic leadership in managing change and designing human-centered organizations.
