Sohel  Imroz

Overview

Dr. Imroz is an accomplished associate professor specializing in human resources (HR). He brings nearly two decades of professional experience in HR and IT to his academic career. His research focuses on two primary areas: human resource and organization development (OD) and IT service management (ITSM).

In the HR and OD domain, Dr. Imroz has conducted extensive research and led numerous projects on topics including leadership development, competency modeling, social network analysis and team-building. His interests also encompass knowledge management, talent management and succession planning, employee engagement and retention and the application of data analytics in HR.

In ITSM, Dr. Imroz has worked on various ITIL processes, such as request fulfillment, incident, problem, change and asset management. His projects have also addressed information security risk management and professional online communities. Ìý

Dr. Imroz holds certifications from esteemed organizations, including the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the International Air Transport Association (IATA), the University of Pennsylvania, Cornell UniversityÌýand EXIN, a global leader in IT certifications.
