Oyku Eren Ozsoy

Overview

Dr. Eren Ozsoy has a Ph.D. in Health Informatics and an M.S. and a B.S. in Computer Engineering. She joined the Computer, Electrical, and Software Engineering Department faculty in 2023. Her research interests include bioinformatics, machine learning, and linear optimization, specifically focusing on the construction of biological networks and automated classification of allergen proteins. She took part as a researcher in the SysPatho European Union - FP7 Research Project. She was the manager and co-founder of Mantis Software Company in Turkey, which developed software for private companies and government organizations. She has more than 7 years of experience in teaching Computer Science courses.
