Dr. Mark London earned B.S. and M.S. degrees in Electrical Engineering from Pennsylvania State University and a Ph.D. in Systems Engineering from George Washington University. He has more than 25 years of experience in performance evaluation, systems testing and validation, and requirements verification for advanced engineering systems.
His expertise also includes the modeling of complex systems, including the application of graph theory techniques for system complexity analysis. Dr. London is a member of the International Council on Systems Engineering and the International Test and Evaluation Association, where he serves on the organization’s Publications Committee.
In addition to his professional work, Dr. London has served as an adjunct professor in the Department of Systems Engineering at ˛ÝÝ®ĘÓƵ Worldwide since 2015. He teaches courses in systems engineering, quantitative methods, human factors, system reliability analysis, systems architecture and engineering management.
