Dr. Justin Jettòn is an adjunct professor in the Worldwide Applied Aerospace Science Department. He holds a Ph.D. in Information Technology from the University of the Cumberlands and an M.S. in Computer Information Systems from Bellevue University. He also works as the Manager of Threat Operations where he and his team focus on cyber threat intelligence, threat hunting, deception operations, and threat emulation. 

Dr. Jettòn is a cybersecurity expert and researcher with over 20 years of experience spanning cyber threat intelligence, advanced analytics, and digital forensics. His research interests center on cyber threat intelligence, the adoption of cybersecurity tools, and leveraging artificial intelligence for indications and warnings in national security and private sector environments.

Dr. Jettòn has conducted pivotal research on how risk perception influences technology adoption in critical sectors, particularly within healthcare and law firms, expanding on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) to address modern cybersecurity challenges. His findings have been shared at prominent industry conferences, including the Rocky Mountain Information Security Conference and H-ISAC.

A passionate advocate for integrating AI in cybersecurity, Dr. Jettòn’s work on using artificial intelligence for near real-time threat analysis has provided valuable insights into enhancing early warning systems for space and cyber operations. His contributions in threat intelligence team development, cloud adoption risks, and improving cybersecurity metrics have significantly influenced how organizations approach these challenges.
