Combined experience exceeding 35 years in aviation including 28 years of Part 121 airline management as Chief Pilot, Director of Operations, and Vice President of Operations. Versed in all aspects of flight operations including airline certification, new equipment introduction and certification, organizational planning and budgeting, personnel policy development, collective bargaining, crewmember recruiting and selection, technical manual development, and pilot, dispatcher and flight attendant training.
