Dr. Eva Maleviti is an assistant professor and the program coordinator for the Master of Science in Aviation & Aerospace Sustainability. With over 14 years of experience in higher education across institutions in the UK, USA and Greece, Dr. Maleviti brings a wealth of expertise to her role.
She served as an academic coordinator and instructor at the Training Directorate of the Hellenic Aerospace Industry for nine years, an EASA Part 147 Approved Maintenance Training Organization. During this time, she developed and taught a wide range of aviation-related courses, including safety and quality management systems, human factors in aviation maintenance, risk management, aviation legislation (EASA IR Part 66/147), various EASA Part 66 modules, environmental management systems and aerospace waste management practices.
Since 2019, Dr. Maleviti has served as a technical expert for the ICAO CORSIA scheme with the Hellenic Accreditation System. She has extensive experience as an aviation consultant, supporting air operators and maintenance organizations in developing sustainability strategies, ESG reporting and tailored aviation training programs.
Dr. Maleviti holds certifications as an IRCA-certified Lead Auditor for Quality Management Systems and as a Lead Auditor for AS 9100D Quality Management Systems for Aviation, Space and Defense Organizations. She also holds a Private Pilot’s License (A) and a UAS License in the Specific Category C. As a member of the Royal Aeronautical Society (UK), her research focuses on sustainable aviation, environmental and energy management in aviation facilities and social and corporate sustainability strategies in the aerospace sector.
