Bart J Eltz

Overview

Dr. Eltz earned his Ph.D. in Emergency Management from Capella University and an M.S. and B.S. in Occupational Safety and Health from Columbia Southern University. He is a Board-Certified Industrial Hygienist and a Board-Certified Safety Professional. He started his career as an industrial hygienist for the U.S. Air Force, where he practiced Industrial Hygiene, environmental protection and radiation safety. Throughout his 28+ year career in the field, he has held corporate-level positions for Fortune 50 companies such as Comcast, Georgia-Pacific, and Oldcastle, and for the last several years, has been the Corporate Global HS&E Associate Director for Duracell.Ìý

Fortune 50 EHS leader with 25+ years’ experience directing industrial hygiene, environmental and safety initiatives. Proven success in turning-around under-performing EHS programs, linking EHS performance to business performance and mentoring junior EHS personnel.
