Biography

Er. Dr. Pang Teng Seng is currently the Power Systems Scientist at Singapore-ETH Centre (SEC), an entity that was established as a collaboration between ETH Zurich and the National Research Foundation (NRF) of Singapore, addressing issues related to global environmental sustainability. In addition, he is a registered Electrical Professional Engineer under the Professional Engineers Board of Singapore (PEB). As a registered Singapore Certified Energy Manager (SCEM), he provides consultation to the Sustainable Energy Association of Singapore (SEAS) in the development of the core SCEM modules and provides training to aspiring SCEMs.

Er. Dr. Pang has been an adjunct lecturer since 2017 and has taught at Singapore Polytechnic (SP), Building and Construction Authority Academy (BCAA), PSB Academy, Dimensions International College and Singapore Institute of Power and Gas Pte Ltd (SIPG). The following are the topics taught to date:
