Biography
Dr. Lim Boon Yeow is the Founder/Group Chairman of CESAR Group Pte Ltd, which is a holding company for investment and portfolio management since 1998. He was the Adjunct Professor of Management at the University of Canberra from 2003 to 2009. Aside from these, he was also appointed as the Honorary Adviser to a statuary division in the Ministry of Commerce, People's Republic of China, from 2008 to 2011.
Currently, Dr. Lim is the Executive President of the Association of Certified Strategic Auditors, an official partner of the United Nations Sustainable Develop Goals #SGD Action 34005. He holds the role of Research Chair for the Center for Enterprises Strategic Auditing Research, using an evidence-based practice approach in auditing, researching, interpreting and drawing conclusions about the soundness and competitive position of firms in different industries. Dr. Lim also serves as an Adjunct Professor at the College of Business at Embry‑Riddle Aeronautical University (Worldwide and Asia), which he joined in 2012.
Dr. Lim publishes widely, with his papers having been accepted by many journals and conferences in areas of corporate governance, entrepreneurship and innovation, and system thinking. In addition, he has been involved in course development for various universities at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
