Biography

With an academic background spanning the humanities, law and ethics, Mr. Azfar is an experienced university lecturer who always aims to situate abstract theories and concepts in real-world contexts. Julian teaches in the areas of integrated social sciences, ethics and professionalism, and moral reasoning and philosophical inquiry. Specifically, he has taught university courses in bioethics, healthcare ethics, research ethics, and social ethics and social responsibility. He is a passionate teacher who is keen to help all his students see the value of deep reflection and social justice to real life, regardless of their professions. In his free time, Julian enjoys fitness, yoga and catching up with friends over coffee and dessert.
