• Designed and executed an organization's three-year roadmap to change and improve all the departments' work processes, corporate culture and behavior change with the objective to drive efficiency and productivity to achieve a four-day work week.
• Productivity and HRM improvement, saving more than $20 million through lean integration and scheduling (Oyu Tolgoi mining).
• Developed and implement several business transformation initiatives and HRM techniques to attain commercial values (Proudfoot for clients: Cobham, PG Technologies, California Diaries, Jardines Cycle & Carriage, Rio Tinto Oyu Tolgoi, Mauser, Hong Kong MTR).
• Responsible in the setup of new 50,000 sqft forensic facility (Matcor Aerospace).
• More than 50 projects of productivity improvement and growth initiatives (Oil States Ind., over 300% cost saving and productivity)
• Developed full repair capabilities for aerospace and oilfield products, which led to $8 million total annual growth (Asian Surface Technologies).
