Biography

Alicia is a highly accomplished professional with relevant academic qualifications in aviation management, which include airline operations, airport planning and management, and aviation safety and security. Apart from her academic qualifications, she is also a qualified ex-air traffic controller with first-hand experience in air traffic management and airport operations. She is capable of developing, managing and delivering quality aviation management curriculum that enhances educational experience and industry relevance.

As an excellent communicator who can relate well to individuals and groups, it helps Alicia teach and mentor effectively. She is a dynamic individual who is capable of meeting goals and target, and is also a good team player who can work effectively in a group environment.

Alicia's good network with the aviation industry and universities helps her form potential industrial design and research project collaborations.
